Waited few hours with my husband in the emergency unit to be seen by a doctor. The Wexham emergency unit was full and already the frontline staff didn't care, when asked how much longer the receptionist response was 'you are in the green zone' what does the green zone mean I asked and he responded 'It's over there' and continued staring at his screen. He also assumed i wanted to que jump, maybe if he took a minute out to listen then he would have understood why I was asking (the nurse we I saw confirmed the wait will be 10-15 mins not 2 hrs!). HOWEVER, when I got called in by Dr Yusuf he was patient, listened, he examined, he asked lots of questions, great knowledge and expertise on what he was talking about as well as other areas that we talked on. I left with medication, links to do my research a list of tips/things to do or not do which he wrote himself. He made the earlier wrong (with the front line staff) a right by exceeding my expectations even though he was unaware of what happened at the reception desk. Not even my own gp has given the level of attention and concern as much as Dr Yusuf did. He is definitely an asset to the Wexham hospital, wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

My 5 year old son broke his wrist; Dr Yousf couldn’t have been kinder to both my son and us his parents. He showed great emphany, sympathy and totally understood our needs as well as my sons. He was amazing with my son, who was in great discomfort and pain. He listened to our son and responded in a manner that was perfect for a 5 year old to understand. What a lovely man. He managed my sons pain very well

My 4 year old daughter is autistic, and doesn't easily tolerate being examined, but with Dr Sadiq Yousuf she was calm and content, due to his fun and friendly approach and his patience and calm manner. He distracted her with what was available and brought bubbles along to use should we need them. My 7 year old daughter also thought he was the funniest person she had ever met! Dr Yousuf put us all at ease and was exceptionally kind and professional. He also had a superb bond with the nurses and as a team they were efficient and fantastic at providing thorough and quick treatment for my daughters head injury. Many thanks to you for making a horrible experience feel like a good one.

Well, where do I begin! I am absolutely overwhelmed at Dr Yousuf's genuine helpfulness, patience, and informative detail during my appointment. I'm in early pregnancy and came in feeling rather anxious and worried and I can honestly say I came out feeling the complete opposite, he has the softest most kindest way of speech and really does make you feel like you are his only patient. I wish he could be my GP at all times! We hope to see you again some day. What isn't normally a wonderfully pleasant experience seeing the doctor, he made it to be just that. Thank you again Dr Yousuf :) From both myself Georgia and partner Christien

I have already written a review on my sincere gratitude for Dr Yousuf. I was in agony last Thursday in A&E in Wexham Park. From the onset; i feel that Dr Yousuf was warm as well as immensely professional in his endeavour. He was an inspiration in getting to the crux of the medical matter. In my opinion; as a Medical Lead at my own work place; i can honestly say that this Doctor has a propensity to treat the patient in the best manner possible, but also went the 'extra mile'. He ought to be commended and can i easily envisage him as an ambassador to mould any young budding Doctor to be successful! myself and my husband are very grateful to have received the aid that we did for me and i am feeling much better due to the staff in A&E that night ...(Receptionist and Nurse were great at hospitality and welcoming too) keep up the good work! and Thank you from the bottom of my heart... I pray you go from strength to strength. Kind regards, Atia
